Letter to Chris Christie, Governor of New Jersey

My complaint is about a lot of police targeting.

The police targeting began in 1983 when I turned 17 and I was living in Warren Township, NJ in Somerset County.

It has been impossible to complain about this. I couldn't find any lawyer who had the balls to say in open court that I am targeted by the police.

I can't figure out what is going on inside the head of a lawyer. I don't know if lawyers don't believe me, or if they know exactly what is going on and don't care to address this problem. And I don't want to pay a lawyer if they can't see the severity of the damages of the police targeting.

I might be told that the statute of limitations has run out to complain about the police targeting.

Here is my response to that.

All of the points I got throughout the 1980s are still on my driver's license record, and I am still being surcharged for those points.

The surcharges were paid in 1993. Today in 2013 I am still being surcharged again for the same exact points I previously was surcharged for.

I am claiming that those points are the result of police targeting. If the points still exist, and I am still being penalized for them, then it is absolutely my intention to complain about the police targeting.

Points from the 1980s and 1990s should absolutely be off of my record. I paid the surcharges in 1993. Right now the surcharges that exist are a double charge.

This is an insane vicious circle. DMV says to pay the surcharges to have the points taken off. The surcharges were paid in 1993. DMV keeps the points on to only surcharge the points again at a later time.

I should not have even had to pay the surcharges the first time because the points are the result of police targeting.

This is way beyond an absence of common sense. This is an intentional ongoing crime.

These problems existed before you were governor. While you are governor, it is your responsibility to fix these problems.
